Students read two articles regarding the cons of minimum wage and annotated them. Afterwards, there was a small class discussion.

Students read two articles regarding the pros of minimum wage and annotated them. Afterwards, there was a small class discussion.
Students were then to create a chart comparing and contrasting minimum wage. At the bottom of the chart, students would then give their personal opinion on raising minimum wage and why. |

Today is a tutorial day for students.

Students finished and presented their minimum wage posters.
Friday
Today is a homework day for students. They can work on work for another class. Students will also submit learning logs and weekly notes, via Canvas.
